Ryan originally from Hawaii, is the shop owner. While stationed in Korea with the Air Force, Ryan knew after finishing active duty that he wanted to pursue his passion in tattooing. Mind into matter, in 2015 he began his apprenticeship at Hollywood Twisted Needle in Georgia. After honing his craft, Ryan moved to Nashville in 2019, and began tattooing at Artwerks Studios before opening Lucky 24.

Specializing in black & gray realism, bold line work, bright colors, Neo-Traditional, Neo-Japanese and large scale tattoos, Ryan is always pushing the needle of his art. Above all, Japanese style is Ryan’s passion and forté—he is available to book large-scale Irezumi projects and anime pieces.
